You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Open Kpop Bias Tracker: Stan Card.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. We ask you to confirm on purpose so it is never an accidental tap.
Alternatively, email awarself@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted immediately
- Your bias board — all groups, members, photos, and tags you created
- Your Stan ID Card and current card theme
- Your coin balance and full coin history
- Your battle results and any matchmaking snapshots
- Your account itself — the Google sign-in link is removed
Photos
Photos you previously uploaded for your bias board become unreachable the moment your account is deleted. Our image storage provider automatically removes orphaned photos within 30 days as part of its standard asset cleanup.
What is briefly retained
Anonymized diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days after deletion so we can investigate stability issues that were reported before you left. They contain no personal identifiers and are permanently deleted automatically when the window closes.
Irreversible
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your coin balance, your bias board, and your battle history are gone for good. If you sign in again later it will be a fresh account with no history and a new starting coin balance.
